United Benefit Advisors (UBA) is a network of independent benefit advisory firms working together to share connections, experience and wisdom. UBA enables Argyle Benefits to combine the advantages of an independent advisor with the advantages of institutional firms and national consulting houses. The arrangement lets us provide our clients with a combination of products and services unavailable anywhere else in the market.
UBA Annual Healthplan Surveys - Each year, the members of UBA collect healthplan data for the purpose of providing employers comparative "benchmark" data which they can use in evaluating the competitiveness and structure of their healthcare plans. Benchmark data includes plan design, cost, employee contributions, use of HRAs, HSAs, and FSAs, prescription drug benefits, and retiree coverage. The data is stratified by: (1) employer group size; (2) industry; and, (3) geographic region.
